Aalbaek, beach location.
WB Dänemark, Marine-Stützpunkt Aalbaek, Flugwache, Bpt. 02.

Between the village of Aalbaek and Skagen, alongside road nr 40, you can find some war remains at the beach side.
There is information that there should be two open emplacements for some 10.5cm guns on this spot or nearby. We couldn't find those emplacements, but we found this nice Siegfried shelter in stead.

Aalbaek, wood location.
WB Dänemark, Marine-Stützpunkt Aalbaek, Bunker Plantage, Bpt. 02.

Between the village of Aalbaek and Skagen along road nr 40 you find at the west side of the railroad track in the woods, by the Rabjergvej on the Militaervey, a complex of ammunition bunkers of the Germans. Later on the Danish army has also built all kinds of bunkers around the complex.

On the north east side of this ammo complex, a 12cm battery of the Germans is situated. We haven't visited the location this time.
